Can I freeze your Cream?

It is recommended that our Bulla creams are not frozen as this may affect the taste, texture and quality of the cream.

How long does cream usually last?

Provided Bulla cream is sealed, stored at the correct temperature in the fridge and has not been contaminated with any other products it should last until the use-by-date, which is either printed on the side of the pack for 300mL varieties, or on the lid for our 200mL varieties.

Once the cream has been whipped and used to top a cake, and providing it is stored at the correct temperature in the fridge, it should be consumed within 24 hours.

If the whipped cream is not stored in the fridge, then it is advisable to consume within 30 minutes to an hour.

Are your cows 100% grass or grain fed?

Bulla utilises milk from various parts of Victoria. A combination of both grass feed and grain feed methods are used, which is largely dependent on the time of year. We practice ethical sourcing as a part of our Responsible Sourcing Policy and we ensure animal welfare is a part of this practise.
