For over 90 years Bulla has been making award winning ice cream at their factory located on Murray St, part of Highway 1 and the main street of Colac, Victoria. Located in the heart of one of Australia’s best dairy farming regions we combine fresh local milk, cream, free range eggs and six generations of know-how to craft our new range of Murray St flavours.

From our silky smooth vanilla bean through to decadent chocolate and caramel every ice cream made in our Murray St Ice Creamery benefits from the combination of great local ingredients and the craft and passion of our staff.

Our Vanilla Bean and Chocolate Coated Almonds are a classic combination sure to please ice cream lovers of all ages.

For those who love caramel, we’ve made a smooth milky caramel ice cream, blended it with chunks of Australian macadamias then swirled maple syrup throughout for our delicious Caramel Maple & Macadamia.

Last but not least we’ve created a Caramelised Peanut Brittle that blends our rich chocolate and caramel ice creams with crunchy peanut brittle pieces.

All of our flavours are available in 460mL tubs and 4 packs of sticks dipped in rich milk chocolate.

All of our products recently won medals at the Sydney Royal thanks to the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW.
